Under such circumstances it can be extremely helpful and making things easier when being able to express yourself by working creatively and artistically.
As a certified Art and Creativity Therapist I support you to express your emotions with all your senses for your own’s well-being. Depending on your subjects and desires we will work individually or in groups.
